Of Heart and Mind

Choc and nuts have always been a sinful, yet wonderful combo. This has always been my fav of all time. But I can only find it in Spore, never seen it here before, so if you have, please do tell me… it costs about SD2.10. It has LOADS (I really mean LOADS) of nuts in a little tiny choc bar. Kak Maz called it ‘Mat Salleh tempe’ since I am also a ‘tempe’ lover…. As it goes into your mouth, the choc will all be melting away and that leaves all the nuts for you to chew….hmmmmmm ( I am now imagining it, with closed eyes!) Snap! OK… that’s it. Time to work now. I know, I’m a bit nutty today… That's because I stepped on that freakin’ weighing machine over the weekend at the bicycle shop and the needle went waaaayyy passed beyond my regular weight…. Uuuhhuhuhuhuh and I slapped my forehead immediately. Well, since I’m gonna be FAT, better make the most out of it, right…. So here I come chocolates & ice creams!!!! Weeeeeeeeeee……!!!!!

I'm feeling shitty today.... Last nite I wasn't feeling well... fever and body ache and flu... they were killing me. At 10pm, I just had to make a trip to the doc, and guess what!? He gave me a jab.... on my butt, of course. Geezzz......How I wish my butt is located right smack in the middle of my palm so that you can just shove your hand to the Doc instead of struggling in the room trying to loose your jeans and everything underneath it...... while the nurse and the doctor stood in front of you... looking and waiting...... Sigh!!!! You know I really hate doctors.... I hate needles and all those stuff inside the clinic. Anyway, I went straight home after that as I couldn't even lift up my head. It felt so heavy like 'batu belah batu bertangkup'!! At 2am, I suddenly woke up. My left eye felt so itchy and I turned on the light and looked into mirror..... Wwooooooooooo! I was totally shocked to see my face... not a good sight, indeed! The left side of my face...

Day - Thursday Time - Almost midnite Me ( while crawling under my duvet cove r) : I want my bavaria bundt pans! … ( and making my 2 inches long pouting mouth )… they don’t ship to Malaysia… ( still grumbling and sulking ) Nik : Kat mana lagi dia jual? While Nik was making his routine run, I had a short ride with Mr Max last Saturday. I think I only made about 7km.. and believe me, it made my butt numb!!! Btw, I am still short of riding gear.... I need my bicycle helmet, the riding shirt and also my riding pants ... but I shudder at the thought of wearing that padded, tight cycling pants!..... don't really fancy the padding, let's just say I have enough of that on my own... LOL! What I'm doing now... it's almost midnite and I'm 'lepaking' in my room with my 2 loyal lappies (don't ask me why I need 2!) and thinking about what to write..... it was a veryyy hectic day for me at the office today. We - as in the SINfully Stooges- were verrryyyy busy last weekend. 3rd project and this time, the number of hampers were more than the projects before. Meeting point for the 3rd project - my house. Sha and Ina came around noon, and this time, I told them that I was gonna cook for lunch. No more pizzas or KFC... we went local this time... hehehe. Ina brought fruits while Sha brought nasi ayam to add to the menu. I am so tired and exhausted this week that I just couldn't wait for weekend to peek around the corner... Work had been....'pfftttttt' (a.k.a sucks!) this week, with all the tantrums & mood swings & sarcasm, you fee like you are working in a nursery! So I decided not to go out on a date with Nik tonight because I just want to chill and relax in my room... and maybe I shouldn't go to sleep tonight too, because tomorrow is not a working day! Yippeeeee! I will watch DVD after DVD and surf the net till wee hours.... how's that ey? Sounds like fun, I must say! Yyyyeeaappp, that's me lazing on the bed like a whale... in my monkey pyjamas... watching DVD and surfing, both at the same time. I'm having the best time, babeh !

As I said, this week I'm going international ... :) Last nite, we decided to have a LIGHT dinner.... around 5.30pm, we were communicating via Gmail chat, discussing about where to eat.. for close to 15 mins before Nik finally wrote.... "let me think.." Another 15 mins passed by and he replied.... "I dunno"... hmmpphhhh! It was already 6pm, so we decided to leave our offices and 'think' about it while driving. Empire was the meeting point, and I straight away remembered... RAKUZEN!!!! The best Japs restaurant so far... I'm always a fan of Japanese food - minus sushi. So what did we have? LIGHT dinner turned out to be all these.... Garlic fried rice Edamame - Soy beans Yakiniku - Grilled beef and vege This is my fav .... Chawanmushi, besides Agedashi Tofu Shishamo or pregnant fish... hhehehe Miso soup This is Nik's fav - Chuka Idako or baby octopus Chicken Tepanyaki LIGHT dinner eh? These can feed 4 pax!! What makes Nazura happy.... if it's not food!? Hahahhah .... and this time I'm going international! Last weekend my FIL was here and Nik’s niece decided to take us all out for lunch, in conjunction with her birthday. Yeaahhh, the birthday girl was treating us, instead of us buying her birthday cake…. Hehehhe. That’s my niece :D Anyway, we all had Nasi Arab at Cyberjaya. It was the closing trip for Year 2010.... despite earlier hiccups and chaos, we both decided that no one will ruin our holiday this year. As I said previously, it would not be our family destination if it was not for the decision by the majority, but we were left with no options when majority broke the treaty due to unforeseen reasons. Anyway, we proceeded with the plan and fun was all we had.... yes, baby! Liza, my college friend for close to 17 years now, came along with us and with that, there was nothing more that I could asked for. We hit the road on Friday, 24th Dec 2010 @ 7am (yes, it was Naqeeb's birthday) and it was quite a relaxing journey as the weather was cool that morning. There were my family, Liza's, Afiq and Aman. Even with a smaller group, we almost wrecked S'pore and JB.... muahahaha. We reached Kukup Golf Resort in the afternoon, around lunch time, and we stayed in JB that day because everyone was tired.
