Of Heart and Mind

My KPI for this quarter – update my blog EVERY week! So , for this week – here’s my update: Introducing our new family member, Spidey (Naqeeb loves Spiderman so much) & Fifi. Spidey is owned by Naqeeb and Fifi belongs to Nasreen (yes, we can tell from their choices of names eh). After so much hesitation, we finally bought the hamsters for the children. I could tell even from looking at their faces, they were really, truly happy to receive the RM40 hamsters. I feel that there’s just so many inexpensive ways to please our children, but somehow, we - the parents - choose to shower them with hi-tech toys, expensive Barbie sets, up-to-date Lego boxes…… and in the end, everything will be dumped into the big toy bin which gets cleaned only 2-3 times in a year! (or was it a once-a-year event?? I must check my cleaning schedule.) Oh, there’s another member to introduce…… meet my new grey, C-kay.
