I Want To Go Back & Sleep!

It was my busiest weekend. Literally, I was out and about the whole weekend. Saturday at 6.30am, I was already out on the street making my ‘almost’ 5 km run… it was actually only 4.5km, the last 0.5km… I walked. Hahahha…. I think Nik made more than 6km that day. My feet couldn’t take it anymore. I was thinking of cycling but I am yet to get my cycling gear. My running pants get hooked on the cycling pedal so easily, hence, tight, cycling pants is seriously needed… (another reason to shop!) Anyway, back to running, if I can push myself close to 10km, maybe next year I can join the SC 10km run…. Nottt!!!! I think I’m too heavy to go for that…. A dream is just a dream! At 10am, we were on the bike heading towards Tanjung Malim. Nik wanted to ‘ride’ and I wanted to ‘eat’. So off we went. The original destination was Temerloh RNR… but we changed my mind because the weather was rather gloomy and the road going there was not that safe. At 3pm, we drove to Puchong and Ch

Mission Accomplished

I have completed my collection in this tiny little card! * pat on my back !* J That exclusive-classy-little-brown organizer will be mine soon… yes, oh yes! It’ll be in stock next week…… so keep on counting the days, babeh!

Life Is As Such

Life is funny. One day you are laughing your heart out… and the next thing you know, you are crying. Life has its ups and downs, so never ever forget to look down when you are up there. And when you are down below, always hope that one day, you will be up there to help those people below you. God is great. He will never test you unless He knows that you can handle all the challenges in life. What doesn’t break you only makes you stronger. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. What we need to do is to always have faith in Him and believe that we can be strong if we want to be. Although life is not a bed of roses… neither is it a bed of thorns. Just take it one day at a time.. and I’m sure we’ll manage.

Damage

I was early this morning and traffic was great all the way… must be the school holiday season. Anyway, I was so hungry since last nite and all I thought was Starbucks… Starbucks… Starbucks… when I was on my bed trying to sleep. So there I was in Starbucks Centrepoint…..at 8.00am sharp, Monday morning. Me : One Original Chicken Pie and one Grande Green Tea frap, no whip, please. Barista : Having here? Me : Yes, please. Barista : You wanted the Kapitan Chicken Pie or Original Chicken Pie? Me : Original….. (I thought I already told her that just now…. $%^&^) Barista : That will be RM32.50 Me : (dalam hati) … wah, how come so mahal pulak? Selalu takde la mahal camni…. Hmm.. maybe the chicken pie… So I handed her the cash and the Starbucks card (I need 2 more stamps for me to get that nice Starbucks 2011 organizer… yeayy!!) Yes, I rarely checked the receipts….. ! Bad habit, Nazura! I was enjoying my pie and drinks when the Barista came to me and gave me this…

My Angels

I never thought that raising a kid, a teenage kid, can be that hard. When you want to treat them as adults, they started behaving like small children. When you treat them like they are still children, they started complaining! And that long face…. errghhh… sometimes make me go nuts! My mother was right. She used to say to me …. “Give me 10 babies, I can look after them just fine. Give me one teenage kid… they give me heart attack any time!” Well, back then when she was saying that, I was pretty sure she was talking about me… hahhaha Whatever it is, no matter how difficult this is going to be, I’m sure that this is a learning ground for both mommy and daughter. I do hope I will turn out fine and I pray that she will become a fine young lady, Insya’allah. I love my kids to bits! Yes, Mama loves you all (although Mama can be very dramatic and very angry & moody sometimes)…. hahhaha

I Love JC

What's New

Thanks to FB, I have literally abandoned my blog for such a long.. long.. time… like forever! A few years have gone by since I was an avid blogger… and I thought of reviving it together with Pourtavie. Let’s give it a try…. So what’s up… and what’s new… Nasreen – she’s in Secondary 1, going to Secondary 2 in 2011. Successfully enrolled herself in one of the boarding schools early this year and enjoying every bit of it. Loads of friends, loads of fun… Naqeeb – going to be in Primary 5 next year. Nothing much to update because staying at home with mama is less fun.. hahahha… you cannot do this, you cannot go there, you must study hard, you must finish your homework, don’t watch TV too much, bla.. bla.. bla.. Nik – developed new passion in bike and bicycles and nature… yeap, I think I covered everything about him. He recently bought me a bicycle (off road type) as a preparation for us to join one of the cycling club (they cycle more than 40km per trip if you must know
