Well... I am actually on leave today, and that explains the multiple entries.... hehehhe As always, whenever I am on leave, I crave for something unusual... and today, I am feeling Italian .... I am feeling Tiramisu (literally it means 'pick-me-up'). So off I went to my lil' office (read = kitchen) and start mixing .... So, here goes... 250gm mascarpone cheese (be warned, mascarpone cheese will cost you about RM20 per tub!) 300 ml cream 2 eggs 75gm sugar 2 sachet instant coffee / cappucino / espresso (any coffee drinks will do) - mix with 2 cups of hot water shaved chocolate or cocoa powder for topping 1 packet of savoiardi biscuits To make the cream: Beat eggs and sugar till thick (and the color becomes lighter). Beat in mascarpone cheese till combined. Fold in cream till all come together.
