Let It Go


Sometimes you just have to let go...

 when things are no longer working out, when blocks start to fell apart and when humor & laughter are turned into sarcasm... 

 You can say the darnest thing in this whole wide world and still your friend thinks that you are the funniest person on this earth... 
When the moment you start losing that 'magic', that's when you know you are also losing that friendship.  That special ship is sinking and you've exhausted all efforts to save it.  
Let it go.

Its always wise to 'let it go' when u have exhausted all ur ideas in reviving it. After all, if nothing works, then it is not worth continuing.

It was Nik's Birthday

It was my husband’s birthday yesterday and we took the day off to ‘merewang’ while feeling young, kononnya. The theme of the celebration? Reminiscing the days when we were courting back in 1993 minus the snow.... ancient sungguh rasanya! We had our breakfast at O’Brien’s early in the morning and took a slow stroll along the shops in OU and enjoyed every minute of it (at 10am in the morning, mind you, and the shops were barely opened). Later we watched ‘Lake House’ and we were charged RM12 only for 2 tickets (the early bird tickets were so damn cheap, I almost fainted!). There were only a few couples inside and we took the opportunity to sit right at the middle (ikut suka hati), since the theater was quite empty. How was the movie? Hmm… ok la, I would say it was the right movie for the occasion… hehe. A bit slow though, biasa la, romantic piece. The ending part was quite ‘touchy’ and yes, Mr Reeves was so stunningly handsome (oh yes, nampak tua sikit la and still got the looks). ...

The Day I Decided To Write Again

I've closed this door some years ago... and I thought I'd be closing it for good.  Even my last visit here was years ago.  Today I decided to open it up again.... and maybe I should start writing again.  So many things happened in the last few years, good and bad, happy and sad... now, I guess, is just the time to share some and to keep them here as memories.
